We must have an understanding of what motivates and drives us to succeed.

It is important to discover what motivates us and keeps the positive energy that drives our attitude forward.

What is challenging is discerning who we allow to influence us. If you truly have a desire to become a better person by the way you think, act, and expect positive upLIFTing results, you must be willing to work towards a better environment and with better relationships with friends and family.

Ask yourself, where do I see myself in the next year and what am I willing to do to make it happen?

Know your goal.

Know your motivation.

Know the equation breakdown for your goal.

Knowing your action plan and implementing it will allow you to accomplish your goals.

Expect great results from your new habits.

Apply this formula in the areas of your life that you feel need it and know that you will succeed.
