Narcissistic Free Life

We have been on a journey where we have identified and learned different techniques of how to deal, cope, and recover from a narcissistic situation we sometimes found ourselves trapped in.

It is important to not just do these things but to offer a way for narcissistic people to change if they come to a realization that a change is needed for themselves and for the ones they love.

Helping a narcissist break free from their current habits can be difficult not just for them but for ourselves to have an open heart to help.

It is easier said than done and it takes a lot of forgiveness, patience and acceptance to help those that have hurt us.

Our Faith in those working toward changes will get stronger if they see that they are genuine and are making every effort to become someone different.

We are used to listening to the words they say to us to keep us close and them in control but now is the time to not just listen to what they say but to see the fruit of their actions.

Their actions of becoming a better person will show fruit and allow growth and breakthrough creating a beauty in everyone's journey.

Looking for validation? Closure? Maybe Perspective? Someone who understands?

I want you to know, you are:

- Recognised for wanting to change your past behaviour

- Understood for your fears and remorse over how you’ve treated people you love

- Invited to explore what’s causing you to behave the way you are, so you can finally get to the root of things and CHANGE

- Treated with compassion and empathy as a human being trying to do better

- No longer be confused about why you behave abusively.
